Our Legacy & Philosophy
A community of dedicated teachers and research pedagogical specialists working to maximize Kenyan academic standards.
Who We Are
UBIA Academy was conceptualized to solve classic classroom systemic flaws: overcrowded schedules, generalized curriculum coverage, and lack of individual remediation.
We offer secondary and primary students a focused physical space structured around low teacher-student ratios. This guarantees dedicated attention to individual learning speeds.
Our Methodology
We merge syllabus execution maps with targeted cognitive exercises. This shifts focus from simple memory recall to critical reasoning.
By using advanced revision plans and diagnostic quizzes, we locate cognitive weak spots in hours rather than months, designing remedial tasks that build concrete student confidence.
"Nurturing the Leaders of Tomorrow"
"At UBIA, we believe every child has latent potential waiting to be activated. Our role is to provide the discipline, materials, and pedagogical supervision needed to unlock their best academic selves."

Our Mission
To provide highly personalized, syllabus-aligned pedagogical support that empowers young minds with critical reasoning skills, discipline, and outstanding academic benchmarks.
Our Vision
To be East Africa's leading student support institution, celebrated for our customized shadow teaching models, exceptional KCSE passing ratios, and modern digital operations.
Why We Started UBIA
UBIA was born out of a simple but urgent observation: too many capable Kenyan students were falling behind — not because of lack of intelligence, but because of overcrowded classrooms, generalized teaching methods, and zero room for remediation during the normal school day.
Our founders, a team of experienced educators and parents, set out to create a focused, affordable space where every child could receive the individual attention they deserved. Evening and holiday tuition was the perfect vehicle — structured around school schedules, with enough time to fill the gaps that regular lessons leave behind.
Closing the Gap
Built to fix what school timetables cannot accommodate.
Every Child Matters
Low teacher ratios so no student is ever left behind.
Results-Driven
Every decision we make is guided by measurable grade improvement.
Our Teaching Approach
We reject the one-size-fits-all classroom model. At UBIA, every student begins with a diagnostic baseline assessment that maps their exact knowledge gaps before a single lesson begins.
From there, a tailored remediation path is designed — matching the student's learning speed, subject weaknesses, and upcoming examination objectives.
